Support
Email support@jackzhao.dev and I'll get back to you. It helps to say which iPhone and camera you're using, and what you were trying to shoot.
My camera or lens isn't listed
In the gear picker, tap I don't see my camera (or lens) and type its name. Requests help decide what to add next, and the name isn't linked to you. Until it's in, Lux keeps its recipes inside safe values: for a lens it doesn't know, nothing wider than f/8.
Do I have to pick my gear?
No, gear is optional. Without it, recipes stay inside safe values that most cameras can reach. Picking your camera and lens lets Lux use everything they can do.
What happens to my photos?
Each photo is used for one request and then discarded; Lux doesn't keep photos or recipes. Lux asks before it sends any photo. The privacy policy covers the details, including what Microsoft, which runs the AI model, may keep.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Apple handles billing. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Lux. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
I have a new phone, or I reinstalled Lux
Open the subscription screen and tap Restore. Apple keeps your purchase, so access comes back.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
On the gear screen, tap Delete my data. It deletes what Lux's server keeps for your phone straight away. If you subscribe, the subscription keeps billing through Apple until you cancel it.
Where can I get Lux?
At launch, Lux is on iPhone in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
